    "Helps when you have ADD"

    June 18, 2011  |   By AndrewMRoyJR

    Version: Evernote 2.2.1

    Pros

    The syncing between devices.

    The ease of entering information.

The quick accessibility by Evernote Helper icon on menu bar.

    Easy sign-up.

    Cons

Personally, the widget doesn't plainly lay-out upcoming events for Androids (a touch away, though). This may not be a problem for you though.

    Summary

I have ADD and it is difficult to stay organized, especially on the go. This program and its app for my Android keep me in sync (no pun intended). Overall, amazingly helpful and I look forward to further improvements in the widget.

"Awesome note-taking app, even for the Mac"

    April 23, 2011  |   By yume_16

    Version: Evernote 2.0.4

    Pros

Portable, syncs quickly, and easy to edit your to-dos, tables, notes, etc. It's one of the best of its kind.

    Cons

UI's a bit cluttered with a lot of buttons and fields to complete. Would love to see a cleaner UI with more space. Oh, and a more attractive writing space to encourage me to write more.

    Summary

I used to use Evernote back when I was still a Windows user. After moving to the Mac, I tried it again and so far, it's been a very helpful app for me. I hope it will have a much better design for its UI and a more appealing writing space.

    February 22, 2011  |   By dachie-guy

Works on MAC's Windows machines, tablets and smart phones. Very portable way to keep the little to do items, scraps of paper notes, etc., with you and in sync from almost anywhere.

    Cons

I'm sure there are some, but this little program meets my needs for taking little notes, to do lists, etc., handy and with me everywhere.

    Summary

Great little program. Very portable, and works everywhere I need it to.

    "Now Works with 1Password"

    October 30, 2009  |   By joelmcintosh

    Version: Evernote 1.5.0

    Summary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I use 1Password from Agile Solutions all the time for my password generation, storage, and recall. In prior versions, because the Evernote's Safari clipper plugin conflicted with 1Password in Safari, I really couldn't use Evernote as easily as I wanted.

However, with this version, Evernote and 1Password work side by side in Safari, and all is well.

The free version now has a tiny 1.5" x 1.5" ad on the bottom left of the screen. For me, that seems like a small "price" to pay for the free storage and free application. However, now that I can use the Safari clipping service, I plan to upgrade to a paid account.

I love Evernote's integration with the iPhone version of Evernote and with the web-based version so that I can access it on any computer.

For me, this version really works out all of the kinks in Evernote, and I am very happy with it.
