I tried to down load Everest Ultimate Edition with no luck just like so many on c-net's site.It ether don't down load,or It take's you to another site that has nothing to do with what your looking for.the hidden serprise's like virus's or facemood's that take over your home page by the way i had to block in order to get my home page back.

I just like how you typ in the name of what your looking for and get every thing else even when you select free it'll say free untill you've installed it then you have to pay to use it joy joy.

before down loading check the site where the down load is from by clicking on"see full specifications the click the site link.a lot of times that can save you a head ack by looking even if you have virus protection you can run a scan.I started do just that and i can tell you that I've see a lot of these down load's that lead to wrong site's or broken even ran scan with avg virus and found it wasn't safe.

It is fast and it is thorough. It presents way more information than I could ever use. If you're into your computer, I don't think you should pass this one up. It is a serious tool.
Cons
The only drawback has been pointed out by the publishers and reviewers, it puts out huge reports. You have to hold it back.

The report goes into crazy detail.Ran the Report Wizard and after reviewing it found the cause of the issue I was having. It states what is inside, status, ext... Cool.
Cons
Initial installation failure, but reloaded and installed just fine. One more other glitch was noticed during my second opening of the program, but a shut down of the PC has changed this and I have opened multiple times since with no issue.
Summary
If I was to describe this product with one word, the word would be 'comprehensive'. It goes and finds everything and anything with in your system and even networks. I have not used this product to repair anything and I am not clear if it has the capability, but I have found/diagnosed issues with this program already and using a third party software designed for doing the repair. I guess I can not ask this program to cook me a 5 star/course dinner in the evening and then a world class breakfast the next morning. Good program, so far.
