Version: Eudora 7.0.1
"Great - I've used for Eudora for YEARS"
Pros: I love that you can have multiple personalities and check all at once, you can filter to go to any mailboxes you create or designate, and more secure than Outlook. It is easy to use and intuitive to understand. No complicated terms or involved steps - set up accounts, download email. I like using the tabs to keep track of signatures and mailboxes. Address book is easy to use.
Cons: No tech support when there is a glitch. I would like to have my attachments more accessible. Not easy to transfer address book information to other programs when needed. Not much uses for stationery.

Version: Eudora 7.0.1
Pros: I will not use outlook and have used various e-mail programs in order not to do so. Incredimail is way to cute, thunderbird ended up not sending out my emails and so I tried Eudora and have been using it ever since. While I have my issues with Qualcomm, the program has not failed me yet.
Cons: The free version is limited in its ability to deliver to the needs of the user. If you want to use the full features of this program you will have to pay for that privilege. I begrudgingly paid my $50 and the steadiness of the program has eased the pain in my pocketbook

"A great and stable email application with one major issue"
Pros: Eudora is very stable and reliable. It offers good filtering capabilities, a decent ability to form address groups, and good rendering of .html mail, among other things. The latter, however, is also related to what I don't like (below).
Cons: I am not a software programmer, so I cannot understand why Eudora handles .html mail differently than others. What I do know is that due to this difference, .html (only) mail imported to another email program from Eudora is almost unreadable due to the many .html tags found in the messages. Even the new Mozilla version of Eudora (Penelope) cannot handle the .html mail imported from the original Eudora version (last version being 7.01).
