General to all EnScrypt Modules

Version 1.3 changes the format of EnScrypt from a script to an application. Adds an installer. Makes saving copies during encryption optional rather than mandatory. Fixes bugs in both the format of decrypted plain text and the format of the text result of encryption. Adds a module called "Universal" for working with any text from any application using the Mac's clipboard.
Version 1.2 changed the EnScrypt package from two scripts to a single combined script. It also implemented major improvements in speed and capacity. The maximum size document EnScrypt could process in earlier versions was about 10 pages. Version 1.2 has been tested on documents as large as 100 pages. As for speed, EnScrypt will encrypt (and sign) a 10 page single-spaced document in under 5 seconds, or a 50 page document in about 45 seconds. Decryption (and validation) on the 10 page original document takes about 10 seconds, or a 50 page document takes 90 seconds. Tests are on a 1.5 ghz G4 Powerbook with 1 gig of RAM and OS X Tiger).
