"Great Tool to Unlock Protected PDF Files"

Pros
It works exactly as promised. Have this installed on a Windows 7 Pro system and we're using it to unlock protected PDFs so that they can be printed to PDF (which is usually disabled), reducing file size from what would occur if we were to print & scan. This has been a long-needed tool for us. Excellent value.
Cons
Haven't found any so far, but we're using it under the same conditions every time (as noted under "Pros" above)
