Version: Enterprise Architect 7.5 build 843
"Best value UML tool you could ever want"
Pros: The price is great, it's lean 'n' mean (still under a 30Mb install, boots in a couple of seconds), I can model at any level with it (domain right down to deployment), Sparx are very responsive to their users, it never fails to impress clients, so many features for the money, it can work on single user to corporate-size projects, it's kept very well up to date (both with fixes and UML standards).
Cons: Need an ODBC link to reverse engineer databases, now automatic change history on element changes, single window UI.

Version: Enterprise Architect 7.5 build 843
Pros: Looks like there is a whole lot of functionality here, if it were only somewhat clear as to how to use it.
Cons: Usability is truly terrible. I spent 1.5 hours trying how to automatically generate a sequence diagram against an existing Visual Studio project and couldn't even begin to gain a remote idea of what to do. Online Help is very poorly written. In the integrated environment in VS, everytime I went to one of their product areas to investigate what help was telling me, only to have it make no sense, I went back to help only to have it reset back to the root level, losing my place. Their help references commands and features that I couldn't begin to identify anywhere in the product. As an IT professional, I do not have this kind of time to waste trying to figure out how to do even the simplest thing, regardless of how many features there may be. This product is so poorly designed from a user perspective as to be unusable.

Version: Enterprise Architect 7.5 build 843
Pros: Intuitive to learn, absolutely loaded with features and very well priced. Had a look at many others but this one stands above every single one of them.
Cons: Generated RTF file does not import in OpenOffice, no generation of sequence diagrams from source code.
