Version: Encoder Wizard ActiveX 3.0

"This is not the program described."

Pros: There are none

Cons: The file that is downloaded is not the one described.

Summary: I tried to download Encoder Wizard ActiveX, but CNet or the publisher messed something up. Instead, I got IP Wizard Toolpack version 3. If it is Cnet's fault, shame on them.
