"EXCELLENT program for making emoticons"
Pros: Easy to use and can make emoticons from any of my pictures. Of course its also free.
Cons: GREAT icon maker program for messenger.
Summary: The program allowed me to just open any picture from my computer and make it into an emoticon for msn, I made a new emoticon from my own picture in 2 minutes, so great app from sherv.net here on CNET. read more

Pros: "animates" my big static emoticons to prevent msn from making them tiny.
Cons: a very very basic application, you'll need to do the editing beforehand.
Summary: it didn't install any third party application on my notebook like SaintlyMic said, maybe my anti-spyware blocked it, i don't know..the "animation" is visible only when i preview them on windows picture and fax viewer, the picture borders ramble. but ... read more
