"EXCELLENT program for making emoticons"

Pros
Easy to use and can make emoticons from any of my pictures. Of course its also free.
Cons
GREAT icon maker program for messenger.
Summary
The program allowed me to just open any picture from my computer and make it into an emoticon for msn, I made a new emoticon from my own picture in 2 minutes, so great app from sherv.net here on CNET.

"animates" my big static emoticons to prevent msn from making them tiny.
Cons
a very very basic application, you'll need to do the editing beforehand.

it didn't install any third party application on my notebook like SaintlyMic said, maybe my anti-spyware blocked it, i don't know..
the "animation" is visible only when i preview them on windows picture and fax viewer, the picture borders ramble. but it's not a biggie.
it's a quick fix for those static emoticons that keep getting resized automatically by msn. -
