"Happy with program, unhappy with support"

Summary
Happily used the program until version 3. After version 3 i'm no longer able to export my upgraded appointments. Got three differenet versions from support including a debugging version. Support finally gave up and was unable to help as i was "the only" one with the problem. Only way of moving along was to retype everything, which i'm doing now. In Google Calendar.

You can't print a monthly calendar it "calendar format", only a "list" view.
Summary
I have been using the program (Registered version) for a while and am very impressed with its capabilities and stability. It has handled all my needs without problems. The calendar printing is somewhat limited. I worked around this with a script to do a screen capture-convert to grayscale-print. Again, very stable, reasonably priced, and lots of key features.
