  Pros

  Got so many HD Icons for the network diagram. Got loads of cisco icons. Nice connector better than the visio 2007. Also got grouping ungroping, distributing and text tool. Also got templates which can be very useful for the new comers.

  Cons

  Search takes long time to serch the pics. But its 5 star product. Its not a free product so you can try and buy.

  Summary

  Overall this one of the best application available to IT people.
