"Technical support non-existent and money back guarantee bogus"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.6.3
Cons
I was unable to find templates for the one thing I needed. Sent the question to tech support several times with no response. Asked for Money back since they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee and still NO RESPONSE!! IF you buy this product you are on your own. They apparently do not support it.

"appreciate price"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.6.1
Pros
EDraw seems to have destroyed most competitors. Netviz was my app of choice, but they have definitely lost their way, and for the absurd amount they charge, do not offer significant value. But still, for $29, a heck of a program.

"Stay Away if You have Windows Me or 98"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5.8
Cons
This product corrupts files and hangs your computer unless you have Windows 2000 or XP. They claim to have a 30 day refund guarantee but they don't honor it. I tried repeatedly to get them to give me a credit on my Visa, but they did not respond. When I mentioned this fact in their forum, they banned me. Buyer beware with older versions of Windows.

"Horrible really"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5.8
Pros
It has a nice windows type of interface and very much in the style of early visio but without all the features of visio.
Cons
Even though it is nice to look at, I don't know where these people get off saying it is easy to use.
- Handling anchor points is bad done and hard to manipulate.
- When connecting lines between processes, some anchor points move automatically in other parts of the project... absolutely no reason.
- The connection lines don't move quite right sometimes and it is hard to manipulate lines which are really small.
- Sometimes really basic for system designers (like me) who are looking for bigger visio type of features.
- Nag screen on a drag and drop of a connecting line... talk about annoying you to death in one simple project. You know how many lines an average project can have (usually 10-100)? Now times that by nag screens and you will get what I am saying.
- Sometimes the font setting doesn't stick between elements so you find yourself constantly setting the font back to what it was before.

"Easy-to-use and great value!"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5.4
Pros
This easy-to-use program creates flowcharts and network diagrams. The interface is straightforward and handy, with clearly labeled buttons, a outlook template window for adding shapes, samples gallery for managing examples. EDraw also provides a rather standard assortment of editing tools for resizing, rotating, grouping, order, align and distrabute. We appreciated the large library of available flowchart shapes, as well as the ability to set their style, color and shadow. This application will output your show in a few flavors of common graphic format. But I wish it supported PDF format so you didn't have to download another application to create pdf file. Of course it has great value for its money. Without a doubt a rapid flowcharting software.
Cons
But I wish it supported PDF format so you didn't have to download another application to create pdf file.

"Does everything you'll want and more. Beats the competition"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5.4
Pros
EDraw has all the features you would want from a flow charting programme at a much lower price than the competition. It's easy to use, very good interface and stacked full of features - good range of templates, variety of links, easily editable etc..
The technical support is excellent - I had a problem with my PC (NOT EDraw) and the technicians went out of their way to help and we found a solution (my Windows registry was up the spout!!). Well done them.
Cons
Absolutely none.

"Great value for the money!"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5.3
Pros
If flowcharts are the only thing you plan to use it for, visio might be a bit of an overkill. If you want to be using it for other things too though it would be better value for money.
Visio is too expensive for my taste, and I have found a good flowchart tool.
I just wanted to write to say EDraw is great value for its money!
It is very easy to use!

"Your EDraw program is outstanding!"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5.3
Pros
1.Fully uses the Windows XP user interface. It looks very nice!
2.Fast and small!
3.Has the right features!
4.Priced right. I hope you keep the promotional price. Home users and students cannot afford software like Visio.
Cons
Support for SVG import & export, and WMF & EWMF export.

"A good flowchart tool with a prefect interface"
Version: Edraw Flowchart 1.5
Pros
I've never looked at these before and know nothing about this product but the web page makes it look pretty good. I have looked for a long time to find a valueful flow software, At last I find it and I'm glad to learn everything so rapidly.
