    "Best such tool I've found for the things I want done."

    Pros

    Feature-rich, well-debugged. Works with more than just mp3 files, such as wma and ogg.

    Cons

    Slightly unintuitive at times. May require some getting-used-to.

    Summary

    Once I learned how to use it, I was able to do everything I wanted. Others may do it as well, but I found no need to look further. And, it is truly free (not free-to-try).
