Pros
None. Will not work in IE 8.
Cons
No uninstaller. Need to use third party uninstaller.
Summary
Made for IE 5.5 and IE 6 which nobody uses anymore.

There is new software from Canon that supports IE7 and IE8. It is called Easy-WebPrint EX. I couldn't find it on CNET, but if you do a search in Google, there are many places that it can be downloaded.
