    "useful & easy"

    Pros

    very easy to use
    manually set the starting and ending time of the video (you can select any part of the video)
    it supports a lot of extensions

    Cons

    it installs two more programs that I don't want on my computer: k-lite codec pack and avisynth

    Summary

    better than other video cutters I've tried before
