Version: Easy Video Capture 1.3
Pros: it does record. those that only see a blank recording need to check the "full screen" box under either video settings or recording settings (can't remember which, and i've already uninstalled it). it also has a lot of features.
Cons: this thing is so slow. it hogs up 96% of my cpu capacity when it's recording, and my laptop is not extremely old (1.4 GHz). thus i can't do anything when it's recording, and the recorded video is very choppy (almost like a slide show). bottom line is it didn't work me.

Version: Easy Video Capture 1.3
Pros: I tried to download two other products that didn't even work, but this one I was actually using in 30 seconds. It does everything I need and is really simple. Click the record button and it gives you a cursor to outline the area you want to record and then it starts. That easy.
Cons: It slowed my computer down some while recording with the stock video card but I'll buy a new one tomorrow. It doesn't appear to have a million features, but I don't need them anyway.

"Would be Great if it could open!"
Pros: Lots of helpfull options, i like the options for captureing sertain sections
Cons: This program freezes when you try to load it. It worked fine the first time, and when i went to open it. after that it would freeze everything on my computer when opening and i would have to restart my computer. So great program, but Giant bug that makes it useless.
