"The technical support for this software sucks"

Easy to use when it works.
Cons
The USB device died after 1 year of minimal use. Could not convert tapes. I tried to use the extra software for copying LP's to digital, but that never worked. The device became un-recognized by Windows.
Customer service helps by telling you to do certain tasks on your computer, then convey to them what happened. All via email. They respond to your email the next day, so if you try to find the problem after work in the evening and contact them the next day, you will hear back from them on day 2. EACH time. I went back and forth over 1 1/2 months with no remedy and a couple duplicate suggestions. DO NOT get this software!Summary

Roxio Easy VHS To DVD Not a easy software to use but the capture device works well.
Cons
However, You won't get VHS SP quality perfectly on to your DVDs.
