unless you're willing to pay for this software, don't even bother. it asks you to order the software after you're done putting in the content and all you want is a word doc version of it.
In terms of the user interface, i didn't find it particularly user UNfriendly, but i did find it "clunky" if you would... the UI is definitely circa 1990's and could use a major update. As for the business end of things, the level of customization you have is great, but the end product is a little hard to get to. -
