Could not use the product. I downloaded trial version of Creator 9.
Summary
I could not use this product. I downloaded the Trial Version of Creator 9. I will not purchase software unless I can try it out. I tried for two days to open the file and later found out it was outdated and unusable. I will buy the product elsewhere.

IT CAN COPY A CD. WOO HOO, MY COMPUTER CAME WITH SOFTWARE THAT DOES THAT ALREADY. I PURCHASED THIS TO MAKE DVD'S & SILDESHOWS & IT SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK FOR THAT. MULTIPLE SYSTEM CRASHES & THE SOFTWARE JUST SHUTS DOWN. NO PHONE TECH SUPPORT

Nothing that I could see. It never worked right

Not enough space to cover it all. Suffice to say they don't provide support for online customers (those who purchase the downloadable version), the product doesn't work and no reasonable trouble shooting on the website. Beware of these THIEVES!
Summary
The download took forever and then I was only able to successfully launch it twice in a month. Most of the time it crashed right after launching (sometimes forcing a complete re-boot) or wouldn't launch at all. After unistalling and re-installing, the second component (the content) couldn't find the program on my system. Online customer support was almost all broken links. When they did work I had to login with a password which it claimed was in-valid. I reset the password and got the same B.S. Calling the 1-800 was useless because they told me to go to my vendor...well I downloaded it so they're the vendor! They told me they could not help me, her exact words were "we don't provide that service here". She offered a refund like she had done it a thousand times, and started telling me what to do before I even stated I wanted to return they product. In otherwords even their own support staff know the product sucks.

Summary
This product is a total waste of time and money! Freezes and crashes. Maybe one out of five burned DVD's doesn't go in the trash-can, if it burns at all after an inordnate length of time. Capture ERROR on four out of five attempts. Roxio also has the very worst customer service. I would recommend to anyone who will listen to steer clear of Roxio!!!!!!

There is nothing I like about this software.
Cons
This is the worst software I've ever used. An absolute memory hog. Every action requires 5 to 10 seconds for the software to catch up. You can only do one movement at a time or the program will lock up. The links don't automatically align to the text or images when playing. Not intuitive at all.

I can't comment on the software because I could not locate the serial number on the packaging, I could not finish the installation.
Cons
The website support is worthless.
Hiding the serial number (if it's available at all) in the packaging and not being able to provide the "map" on the website support is pathetic.
Their telephone support is only available until 3:00pm west coast time. So much for "support."
Maybe if I can get a hold of someone at roxio I be able to give a fuller review.

When it doesn't crash, the CD & DVD back-up burner, and the photo editor seem adequate.
Cons
The digital camera download application is awful. You must have the program running, the cables attached, the camera turned-on, not use the Windows selector that is the first running box after setting up, all in the proper sequence or it doesn't work. When you finally figure the correct order you don't have basic options for downloading into certain folders. Even Windows XP wizard allows choosing a folder into which to place the download. Did I mention that when working all of the photos are downloaded, then about half mysteriously and immediately disappear. So.... you see why I'm at this site--to find some better product.

Lot's of way to make & edit CD's & DVD's, unfortunately, none of them work properly, or should I say,as advertised.
Cons
The program crashes everytime action you take & continuely tries to install DAO, which is a part of the video drivers; however, it would be a great program if roxio would fix all the error's & make the program stable.
