Pros: Don't get me wrong, it does work and is good software, but if you want to use it you best be willing to pay.
Cons: It will only do 50% of a file until you pay

"Caused Real Problems with my Computer Cost Me to Repair it"
Pros: Absolutly Nothing. No actually it kept me busy for a day trying to repair the dammage it created.
Cons: Wouldn't do what was advertised. I contacted their customer service. They gave me step by step instructions which totally loused up my computer. They couldn't fix it, so they told me I had a virus or something. Funny, my computer was working fine before I downloaded thier software. It ended up costing me to repair the problems. I ended up purchasing PC Doctor and having PC Doctor's Techs help me repair all the problems the software caused.
