"Excellent product and service!"
Pros: My son always scratch my dvd collection, so I ordered this program to copy my dvd, it has been working well so far.. when i email them, they do response very fast..so i recommened this, good job!

"A must have if your son like to destory your dvd.."
Pros: if you don't want your dvd collection to be scratched by your pets or children, i think it is a must for you.. trust me. i should order it a long before..
Cons: expensive, but it seems to be a standard price for this kind of dvd.
