Pros: The program is easy to use as advertised. There are many functions involved and the Tech support is willing and able to explain any problem even on holiday. Their responses are always very helpful. Honestly the best I have experienced.

Pros: High Quality Product with Good Customer Service. I used it to copy my dvd collections, it is fast and easy, it is amazing.

Pros: Nowhere near as fast and smooth as DVD Shrink. I used this along with "Anydvd" to copy a dvd that dvd shrink couldnt copy. Took over an hour to transfer to my hard drive compared to 20-30 minutes for other programs. Copy was acceptable quality but not as great as DVD Shrink produces.
Cons: Takes long and quality isn't the best. I reccommend for DVDS you really need to copy and cant with other programs.
