I am yet to find anything positive to say.

After making my payment, only the preview version downloaded, so I was only able to record 10% of the DVD I wanted to record. Since I asked for a refund I was given another link to download, did that then tried again to download off a DVD, no better.I still have not recieved a refund either.

The program didn't work for me. I downloaded this program for the first time and after a lengthy download, the program told me my trial period was over and to buy the full version.

I believe this company is deceptive. If you try to rip a copyright protected DVD using the trial version you will get a message saying you must purchase the full version. I went ahead and purchased and it will not rip copyright

I also emailed this company asking for confirmation that the full purchased version would rip copyright protected DVDs with an affirmative response.
These are DVDs that I purchased and wish to rip into my home network for use on various devices. I am not stealing.
Do not buy this product, do not believe them when they say it will RIP any DVD. It will not. -
