I use a Ripper where it's a [DVD RIPPER Burner] at the same time.
It's "FREE" !! & I can convert to any extraction that I want ,
what ever the size of the Video (Movie) was.

"Registration key expires"

However, the registration key that they provide is only good for 15 days, which creates a problem should you ever need to reinstall their product. Customer support is nonexistant and will not respond to requests for an updated registration key.
Summary
Wouldn't buy the product unless you never plan on having to reinstall the software, in which case you'll be fine.

"Completely worthless trial"

Couldn't copy anything to be able to try it out.
Cons
The trial will not allow converting of protected DVDs. Because pretty much ever DVD I need to back up is protected, I can't verify this meets my needs.
Summary
So I'm attempting to locate a DVD ripper that will allow me to make backups of my movies. I'm working through a some programs to see what fits my needs. I read the Cnet write up on Easy DVD Rip and it sounds great. But after downloading and installing, I find it won't allow me to use it since just about everything I need to backup is copy protected. What a worthless trial offer.
If you are going to put out a free trial, at least make it work for the majority of your potential customers.
