"doesn't work for me"
Pros
has a cute yellow happy face when its analysing dvd's.
Cons
i tried to copy a dvd, it said demo version does not copy encrypted discs, i needed to upgrade to general version, demo is basic. Well, I could upgrade free, and it started to copy my dvd. I selected to burn it to another dvd, instead of just copying files to hard drive. Well, that failed. Got some kind of error message, but it was before it even asked for a blank dvdr, so it didn't make a coaster. So I tried again, this time copying files to hard drive, it was a 4.2 gb dvd, it was basically a couple episodes and some special features, not a full dvd movie, so it wasn't a dvd-9. Well, it copied to the hard drive all right! Directory with the vob files= 228 mb! So totally useless, it should have been 4.2 gb, but it was 228 mb. Won't burn, won't copy properly. All I want to do is copy this ONE dvd! dvdshrink won't do it, its the only disc it WON'T do, go figure, and I have downloaded 6 programs, only one that I could get to actually work is 123 dvd copy, but, well, read my review on that one. I ran out of evaluation copies before I could complete my project. All I wanted to do was copy a 3 dvd set, and with 5 demo copies I only got 2 of those discs done. I am currently re-trying to copy the files just to the hard drive, and yes I do have it set to do whole disc and not just main movie, but if it only made 228 mb worth of files before, I don't have much confidence that I will get more than that second time around.
