Version: Easy CD Ripper 2.35
"Very good-shame its not free"
Pros: It?s an all in one tool with many options for ripping and converting media files. The output quality is excellent and the ripping speed is high. The application also can convert audio files from one format to another in excellent quality again but not so speedy (I tried to convert WMA to MP3).
Cons: Its disappointing that its not free, but the price is not high. But again, there are lots of tools which are better and free.

Version: Easy CD Ripper 2.35
"An improvement on the past version"
Pros: It rips CDs to any bit rate, tags them, and has good jitter protection. It is very fast, works well in the background, and the ability to rip an entire CD to an image file comes in quite handy. Great CDDB support gives appropiate titles and album names with a 9/10 success rate. Also has the ability to re encode Mp3 files already present on your hard drive. That's a perfect way to up quality or lower file size.
-Added-
Added support for more file types makes it a little easier to get the perfect size or quality for the situation.
Cons: Sometimes adds a loud pop to the start of songs that include a small silence at the start. The delete song after completion of Re-Encode is iffy. Even if the file fails to Re-Encode the song is deleted. It rarely goes on to tag IDv3 and will shorten tags considerably if the tag goes beyond it's limit. These problems are easily dodged though.
-Added-
A new problem that I can't ignore is this application's tendency to add a Copyright tag to the file. This copyright tag would go unnoticed, but if you check the file in a advanced ID3 you will see that is has been copyrighted even if you did not want it to be.
This application doesn't do well when converting files of differing frequencies, either giving them the Chipmunk or Slowmo sound. Also tends to amplify flaws in the sound 10 fold.

Version: Easy CD Ripper 2.35
"Great software lousy company!!!!"
Pros: The software works great. It is quick and flawless.
Cons: They didn't say but you only get two down loads of software. So don't get viruses or have hard drives crash or you are out in the cold they don't answer!

Version: Easy CD Ripper 2.35
Pros: Easy GUI.
Cons: The software is fine, the company is difficult to deal with. I purchased the Pro upgrade, and these people can't seem to get me a registration code. I broke one of my cardinal rules. Never buy online from a company that displays neither a phone number nor an address. I guess I deserve this.
