This rips all my CD's. I can change songs downloaded from Itunes so that I can put them on a disk and play them on regular CD players.
Cons
When ripping CD's to my computer, the speed will vary. One time it does it fast, other times super fast. It is probably just my computer.

I keep trying out the free rippers since there free, but I keep coming back to this one. This one supports more codecs and is 'easier' to use than the free one's out there. This is by far the best ripper and converter out there.
I like to rip my CD's to Flac for the computer and then convert them to AAC for my iPod. That way if I ever need to convert to MP3 or something different I can just do them all at once without needing to rip each cd again.
