No support from the manufacturer, just excuses & they blame everything from poor cdr quality to cdr-cdrw equipment failure. after hours of changing system settings, untinstalling various software, file dll file searches, etc... still get blue screen failures& coasters. even with upgrades & bug fixes.. get nero... Did I mention no support from Roxio?

Summary
Easy CD Creator is a bit of a misnomer. It is not a very helpful CD Creator at all. I would rather have had something else preloaded on my Dell system and went out and bought my CD creating software separately. If other people have had good luck with Easy CD Creator, then so be it, but I had nothing but problems. Darren.
