Version: Easy CD Creator Software Update 3.5c
Summary
This software was OK when computers first came out.Since then it has fallen by the way side.I had and still have every CD Creator & IN CD made up to Ver 5.Nero Ultr 6 runs circles around Roxio. They must pay their programers peanuts. I took all Roxio's CD's and hot glued paper bar costers on top of them and now they work just great for my drinks.

"Can't remove this excrement"
Version: Easy CD Creator Software Update 3.5c
Summary
I admit I didn't spend much time trying out the software. I received it with a DVD drive which was defective. I uninstalled the software and got another DVD drive which came with different software. I installed the software for the new drive and then discovered that the Easy CD software remained. Then I discovered I couldn't remove it without the CD. Right, I returned it with the drive. After a lot of effort I got roxizap.exe. Ran it. Easy CD persists. I have done registry edits, text string searches and solicitations to friends. It persists. My current drive support group asked if Roxio had been installed on my machine before, i. e. the problem is widely known. I am running XP. Suggestions on how to remove this fungus without a hammer would be appreciated.

"Have used it successfully for years, from 98SE thru XPPro."
Version: Easy CD Creator Software Update 3.5c
Summary
This is for oldr version than I have, but as for easycdcreator, I use it all the time. I see some people frustrated with xp/easycd combo. Not the programs fault, people. Learn how to use your hardware better, as in learn how to set things the way you want. Your OS comes with help, click on it and use it. Roxio is UDF supportable.

"You couldn't give me another product by Roxio"
Version: Easy CD Creator Software Update 3.5c
Summary
This Easy CD Creator came with my new laptop. My new laptop has had problems with this from day one. Now my computer will not even recognize my cd rom drive let alone allow me to burn a cd. There is NO update to make it compatible with windows xp. Although xp is what came with my computer, they loaded this software that was not compatible with xp. I am very displeased with Roxio and with Microsoft. Lots of problems with xp also. But, my main pain is this cdrom problem I am having right now because of easy cd creator.

"does not work for windowsxp - useless and waste of time"
Version: Easy CD Creator Software Update 3.5c
Summary
This product came packaged with my company computer. As I was trying to make some backup discs of the software our company uses to keep the originals in a secure place where they won't get thrown around/scratched, I booted up the EZ CD Creator that came bundled with the computer and from them till now had just wasted 2+ hours.
The CD Copier flat out does not work. I then tried to create an image with CD Creator which took over an hour and half to reach 99% on a 500mb CD, and the last 1% had been going on for half an hour, till I just CTRL-ALT-DEL and killed it. I am now downloading Nero and will probrably get the company to purchase a copy of Nero before the week ends.
