i got a virus tht ended up blowing my motherboard. i thought the hard drive was corrupt so i went to install windows again an i was gonna format tht drive. well i forgot i left my terra drive plugged in to my USB an accidentally deleted the partition on it an lost all access to my terra drive. so i called WD an told them my pc wont recognize my terra drive an they suggested i use a recovery program to retrieve the information from it. so i downloaded EASEUS data recovery first an you only get 1 GB of free retrieval any more then tht an its $70 for the down load version, NOT the box (cd) version tht was $90. so i found this an it worked 100% an i totally recovered everything! totally satisfied! highly recommended! DO NOT FORMAT YOUR DRIVE LOSING EVERYTHING TRY THIS FIRST!!

I just recovered ALL the drives along with all the documents I had lost.
For some reason, my HD partitions except for C Drive were all missing (It was not hidden as I was seeing all the partitions as one big "unallocated" drive), including the recovery partition ! With EaseUs recovery I was able to recover everything I had lost the way they were.
Easy to use.
Gets the job done.

This proram is coming right from the websites server. It looks like the author simpley put their freeware across many websites.
So I say this prgram is safe for all to download. The internet connection simpley promps you to get a full version of the product.
If you have maleware coming up on your pc you already had it or you used a torrent to download it.

Why would the downloaded .exe try to access the internet when executed? Most anti virus tools don't like that type of behavior.

Just be patient, a window pops up showing all the files that I will be able to restore; once you hit OK there, it proceeds to restore the partition.Summary
Man, I almost died! KDE partition tool crashed halfway through shrinking my data partition! All my stuff! My work stuff! My games, music, books! GONE! Panicked search on the internet for options. Some "FREE" tools that scanned my disk for 2 hours found half the files, then wanted me to buy it if I wanted the files.. SIGH! Then I found EASUS Partition Recovery. I first tried selecting the partition but that didn't find the lost one; then used the sector range, and it found it! Recovered it! All set! Highly recommended
