Software Doesn't work, it recovers partial redundant files and most of those can't be opened.
Summary
I bought the product from Digital River. I have bought downloaded products from them before. After some time the product is virtually unredownloadable. My computers startup files were damaged when I tried to avoid updates from Microsoft and shut the computer down. To my shoe grin I was disappointed because I lost about 6 or 7 software packages that I would have to redownload, wade through emails trying to figure out how to redownload software just to get back to square 1. This is much more complex with Digital River. You should really avoid using them because they make it so difficult to redownload a product. After a limited time you can't even find the product from a link in the purchased product. You must read the fine print on these software packages. Be aware that it is sort of like dealing with a Philadelphia Lawyer to have to read through the 3 or 4 pages of legal stuff before you are so confused about what you bought but you're sure you are going to get ripped off at some point so you're not expecting it to even do what you purchased the product for. Let the Buyer Beware that online software purchases are not what they seem to be and that they have changed from the straightforward link to redownload the product to a maze of red tape just to get what you once had. Nortons product is not what it was when you bought it. It has a new Screen altogether and you get those *amed maps and the chicken little sky is falling just to get a frigging update to the product. The help on these products isn't from American people but some smart *ssed DP who doesn't even have running water in their house so how important can your software purchase be to them anyway. So the lesson here is that you don't get what you paid for or it will change at somepoint. Upgrades will cost you and they change the products almost as soon as you get them. I use to like software but the lawyers and cheapskate software companies have cut off their collective noses to spite their face. They have pretty much ruined a simple pleasure of software gee ain't it great, to gee that doesn't really seem to be what I thought it was.
