  Pros

  Simple and easy interface.
  Recovery of deleted/corrupted files are easy.

  Cons

  Its took quite some time to scan the drive.
  Can have an option to recover from a particular directory instead of the whole drive.

  Summary

  I downloaded this software not for recovering a deleted file or folder. Actually the folder I wanted to access was corrupted/not readable. I tried CHKDSK and tried to recover but of no use. Finally I tried this software and bingo! It recovered the whole folder which had all the files.
  
  This is a super software. Go for it.

  "Great program."

  Pros

  Finds all you lost data.

  Cons

  Need to buy the full version to save said data.

  Summary

  Used VirtualLabs. Do NOT use that program. What a scam, see my review on that for more. Used EaseUs data Recovery Freeware and was surprised. It found everything faster than VirtualLabs. Took a chance and bought the full version. I was not disappointed and neither will you should you use it. Good luck. Hope this helped.

  "Recoveried all my picutres"

  Pros

  I lost all may valuable picture of my journey to france. I even though I permanently lost them after I found this. But thanks for EASYUS. I got all the nice memory back.

  Cons

  The scan time needed to be improved.

  A very product which is worth to try when you have lost data

  "Piece of Junk for USB Drives"

  Pros

  Might actually work on Hard Disks

  Cons

  Ruins good data by destroying partitions on USB flash drives

  Summary

  Step 1 - insert USB Flash drive which had 1 file accidentally deleted
  
  Step 2 - Run EaseUS Data Recovery Free
  
  Step 3 - Choose "Deleted File Recovery" -- nothing found
  
  Step 4 - Choose "Compete Recover" -- JPG files found and recovered, but not readable.
  
  Entire USB drive is not usable. "Must be formatted before being used".
  
  Thanks EaseUS for jacking up my drive and losing all the rest of my data. Should've backed up my pics before using your product.

  "It worked on USB thumb drive!"

  Pros

  Some how I corrupted an old 256 mb thumb drive which had a bunch of junk and two tiny but important files on it, Word documents with all my passwords on them. When I put the drive into my computer, Windows recognized it, but said it had to be formated. I did not format it, but downloaded this software which allows recovery of 1 gb of data in the free edition before requiring a paid upgrade. The software was easy to use and seemed prepared to recover all the files on the drive, but I only needed three which were all successfully restored to my main hard drive. I don't know how it would have done with larger or more complex files, but it did exactly what I needed.

  Cons

  None for my needs.

  Summary

  I am retaining this software on my computer. If I need it again, I would certainly consider upgrading.

  Thanks sooo much for easeus data recovery.I lost all my vocation pics. so bad.First, I used a free version.it took some time to scan the files. my lost files showed up and I can previewed. I installed a normal version and saved nice memories.
