Easy to follow instructions. Gave detailed Cautions to observe and delivered what was set out to retrieve.

None that I can think of.

Smooth, quick operation with no impact on existing files as long as you follow the precautions. VERY intuitive screens. I helped a friend long distance who had no real computer skills retrieve his needed data.

I was having difficulty with my second hard drive and didn't want to lose all of my files. After much consideration and concern, I decided to try the full version of this product. I entered in my information, and all I got was an error in processing order message. However, they were quick to take the funds from my account. So now I am left with $60 less in my account, and the same product. I will be filing fraud charges, but save yourself the aggrevation and stay far away from this (non)product.

Even for free I feel that it is very poor because of its limitations.

Very limited on what you can do with it.

I feel that it would be alot better if you were able to recover more if they took off the limitations. They should tell you everything up front and not hide it until you go to use it. They are really trying to hide its limitations becasue they know that the limitations are to much. They don't have confidence in the software, that is why they resort to hiding information.

Recovers all lost data on my drive whether old or new. Show when was deleted and if recovered before. Works great with my flash drives when virus' kill them.
Cons
Doesn't in form you the names of the files just tells if the files are data, pics or programs. You have to buy the full version for it to recovery grouped in file names or data or programs. Why buy only to use one time then delete.
Summary
It is good if you know what it is you lost with having to look at the name of the file or data.

"Won't recover RAW TXT Files"

I am an occasional user. This package did a great job for me once before and I bought the software.
Cons
It will only recover RAW files from a predefined list of file types - .DOC, XLS, MDB etc. I was after a specific .TXT file and TXT is not on the predefined list.
Summary
This oversight should have been resolved by version 5.5
