• Bad support from company -- went downhill over time

  Pros

  None. Maybe it costs less but you get a whole lot less in non-monetary ways.

  Cons

  Had Earthlink for years. It just went downhill more and more. Lousy tech support, also unfriendly and unhelpful people when had a billing problem.

  Summary

  Don't ruin your broadband experience by going with this company. Keep away!

  none useless they like to screw you over

  Cons

  it was set up as default on my dell system back in 2000 i cancelled my service with them they told me it was cancelled even gave me a confirmation number, then 3 months later recieved a bill from them in the mail took me 3 more months of fighting

  Summary

  with them over the phone before they finally "really cancelled it" there was no way I was going to give in and pay 48 dollars for a service I never used, stay away as far away as you can
