Have your OmniSky/EarthLink Wireless user name, password and activation code available. If you have forgotten your user name password and activation code, click here.
Check to make sure your device is running Palm OS 3.5 or higher and has 2300k free memory. If you do not have Palm OS 3.5 or higher, go to www.palm.com to purchase the Palm OS upgrade.
Notes about upgrading from OmniSky version 2.0: You will not initially see all of your mail. After completing the upgrade, tap Send & Get to retrieve all your mail. Any messages that have not been deleted from the server will appear in your inbox. In addition, any messages that have been formerly read may appear to be unread.
