What's new in version 2.01

Version 2.01 correctly links to MFC Libraries statically. Version 2.00 was incorrectly linked to shared MFC libraries not packaged with the EZCallerId release. This allows version 2.01 to run on computer systems without the required MFC Library files. Lastly, the new installation adds a Help folder and file to the EZCallerId Program group.
