"Program good but customer service is horrible"

No longer using an old punch clock system
Cons
Terrible cust suport.No phone number.Rarely get back to you,don't really answer your questions.You can lose all your records if the program de-activates or if there is a computer issue.Will tell you they don't support it anymore so you are screwed.
Summary
We would like it if they had legitimate customer support and backed their product. It is more like they take your money and then you are on your own.

Pros
I love the way you can put the client software on other computers to punch in, but when it comes to printing out the detailed or full reports, it has an error and shuts down. That's the only problem with this program. Other wise it's really great.
