    "terrible, terrible support!"

    Pros

    it does some sort of filtering, but sadly, often at the wrong times

    Cons

    - software problems
    - firewall problems
    - horrible support (obnoxious, unhelpful)
    - virus killing ability mediocre
    - expensive

    Summary

    Avoid it !
