Version: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.314
"Poor Customer Service"
Pros: 30 day free trial worked great.
Cons: After free trial I bought the 2 year service for 3 computers. Never received new username or password. Followed up with email and phone calls for 4 days. Kept getting put on hold or dumped into voice mail. Not worth the headache. Requested refund.
Summary: Trial product worked fine but no support after purchase. Try speaking to these guys on the phone or getting an email response. Good luck
