Version: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.314
"Where'd they go?"
Pros: Active internet thread monitor for programs that run in the background ( like a weather app etc. ), regular updates, thorough cleaning.
Cons: Poor to non-existent customer service, no self-help options on website (if you're having account problems e.g. new cc# & such )
Summary: I loved my NOD32. It was simple in its design, didn't take up to much of my hard drive (kind of a big deal on a laptop) and I could set the scans & forget it was even there.. Didn't lag my 'puter too much when it was scanning... but then this dark cloud came and stole my purse... I needed to get a new CC and had to update my account with NOD. No such luck.. I can't even get an email for the free trial. I've tried 4 or 5 times.. I get the reminders that my free trial is about to run out, but nooooo email allowing me to download the trial. *le sigh* I'll miss you NOD [delete, delete, delete]
