Version: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.468
Pros: Light, fast & found some viruses in zip files I downloaded - AVG missed them. I bought online from Betterantivirus (.com) - they sorted out a license, download, helped with installation and it cost the same as getting it from the manufacture.
Cons: None I can think of - no antivirus is 100%, this one is PRETTY good!
Phone support is not 24x7, but they do answer and you get to speak to an ENGLISH speaking person! Yay!
Might not play well with other AV - uninstall AV before installing this one!Summary: It is fast, uses up very little cpu and ram - it found threats already on my system that other solutions missed and NOD32 was awesome. Pros: What you should expect from paid av - results
Cons: design? but that's not a requirement if you talk about performance... and its maybe just my taste

"Easy to install and use, inexpensive."
Pros: Virus definiations update in the background.
Cons: Customer service not available on weekends.

Pros: keeps av definitions current...
I've been using a paid version for 2+ yearsCons: Program I have seems to NOT be getting updates from ESET, although the virus definiations get several updates/day, on the average. I complained to ESET twice via their online form, but NEVER got a response!
Summary:
probably the BEST, BUT too expensive for what you get. read more
