Version: ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.314
Pros: Active internet thread monitor for programs that run in the background ( like a weather app etc. ), regular updates, thorough cleaning.
Cons: Poor to non-existent customer service, no self-help options on website (if you're having account problems e.g. new cc# & such )
Summary: I loved my NOD32. It was simple in its design, didn't take up to much of my hard drive (kind of a big deal on a laptop) and I could set the scans & forget it was even there.. Didn't lag my 'puter too much when it was scanning... but then this dar... read more

"Fast, without compatibility problems."
Pros: Fast, works with Windows 7 and Microsoft Security Essentials. And the virus finds out for some seconds faster than Microsoft.
Cons: Little bit long scanning.

Pros: Good Product but the lack of service makes it less valuable against other products out there.
Cons: No service at all.

Pros: 30 day free trial worked great.
Cons: After free trial I bought the 2 year service for 3 computers. Never received new username or password. Followed up with email and phone calls for 4 days. Kept getting put on hold or dumped into voice mail. Not worth the headache. Requested refund.
Summary: Trial product worked fine but no support after purchase. Try speaking to these guys on the phone or getting an email response. Good luck read more
