"Comprehensive but clunky."
Version: EMCO Network Inventory Enterprise Edition 4.5
Pros
Pros: Very feature-rich. Can do almost anything. Loads of export formats. SQL queries and excellent search features. Good, useful product, I use it daily. Tech support is excellent - they respond promptly to emails. Good online help; not well organized, but very comprehensive.
Cons
Interface is rather ugly and clunky, not well organized. Because of this, there is a learning curve. Also, a resource hog - during network scans, takes 90% CPU. (but this might be the case with ANY software of this kind.)
Recommended, if you can spare a few hours to learn how use it.
