MoveOnBoot is a simple utility that helps you to manage locked file system resources. It allows you to rename, move or delete any file and folder, locked by system or another application. MoveOnBoot doesn't terminate processes that hold locks, to unlock resources. Instead, it utilizes a much safer approach - it uses standard Windows mechanism for file system resources management immediately after the system restart, but before launching services and applications. This approach prevents resources locking by system processes and applications, so they can be renames, moved or deleted with no problems.
