I does what is say's, 5 second improvement on first boot after first run. just on boot. 3seconds on Firefox 3.267.

Only one, you can get into trouble in the advanced section .
if you dont know what u see. let it do it itself.

when you try to update the virus-database, the software remarks which operating system you use. if it is too "old" like Win98SE, it stops the update and tells you that your OS is not anymore supported or similar

Crashed my computer, locked horns with Malwarebytes and EAV lost the fight. Had to reload it.
Summary
No virus def. updates without paying. So, limited use. I'm using an old P2 300mhz B/U computer with Win 2K so choices for anti-virus are few. Oh well !!

EAV has the all in one security suite that inludes Firewall ,Antivirus , Antispyware, Anti Phishing and many more. It does not need to update the database and it is not a cloud antivirus, this makes it extraordinary.
Cons
The interface of the programs can be changed to a better one.

It is even better than COMODO, I highly recommend this product and u can give advice to their customers support to get it for free!!
This Antivirus needs to update its database, and it can be update by clicking the school scan button and it will ask u to update to the latest version, thats great!!

Killed the problems the others couldn't even detect. Had the Quick Defragmenter trojan on my XP computer and it couldn't be found by other progs. This antivirus detected it within the first 2 seconds of being activated and quarantined it immediately.
Cons
My Vista computer will not allow this program to be run. I haven't done any troubleshooting yet, so it may not be as big a problem as I think.
Summary
This has been my go to antivirus for 2 or 3 years now, and it hasn't failed me yet.
