"Not worth the money"

Interface was basic, but okay and not hard to figure out. Works on some video files.
Cons
Works on some video files, but isn't consistent on the chosen sizes for output. Gets stuck on some DVD's and will crash. Also, I found the reaccuring $14.95 monthly subscription charge a surprise. Not really worth the original cost, let alone more.

Automatic monthly charge on your credit card and hard to stop. The product doesn't compare to free products out there. You will be sorry if you buy. Some video files wouldn't process but when I downloaded free software it worked great.
Summary
Please don't buy this product!!! Your credit card will be charged a monthly fee of $14.99 or more. When you buy, automatic enroll. The program is average at best.You can get a free program to do the job better. I found out late.

Video and audio do not sync. Video often skips frames. The purchase aumatically enrolls you in a subscription service with a monthly fee. Even if you cancell the subscription they charge you credit card. Customer service is via email and not helpful
Summary
I would not use this company because of the purchase process and lack of support. A $35 product has cost me $90 with no resolution.
