This company has no customer service.
Try to cancel my annual membership which was being billed qtrly and after numerous emails fobbed me off. I am still trying to cancel after 4 months.Summary
Do not buy anything from this company as to get out is all most impossible.

none, it does not work.

The Trial worked fine, the final product did not. I paid the $29.95 + $4.45 (extended download fee) + $2.15 USD in tax. Total $36.55.
Summary
I called the State of Utah and this company does not even pay taxes. Digital River is not registered with the state of Utah according to the tax commissioner. Stay away from this fraud company. I am requesting a refund through paypal.
This software does not work and gives errors in Windows 7 (32bit) and Windows 7 (64bit). -
