  "Crashed and took all the names I had entered with it"

  My cell phone is breaking down and I downloaded this program to have an address book on my computer. It worked for about 24 hours and then it crashed, taking with it all my entries. My mistake was trusting the program and erasing the information I had entered in the program from the phone. Now, all that information is gone. Of course, before installing it, the instructions say "as is" but I never thought the program would be so poor as to not be trusted so I ignored "as is". Oh well......Never again.

  Summary

  Literally, "as is". Make sure you have multiple copies of your information.

  The fix is implemented for a potential issue related to corruption of configuration file when the program is abnormally shut down. The fix is in the release version 2.6 submitted on 07/01/2012. If there is a chance that the program failed because of that, the issue will be resolved, without losing any data.
  
  However it is hard to identify cause of the problem without the details, having only very vague description. Right thing to do would be to send an email to support, describing the issue with more details. Even if the program is a freeware, author used to respond to all the emails, and do his best to help.
