    You think it contains spyware?

    No offense, but you don't know what you're talking about. Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista uses services. They are all based on Windows NT kernel. Of course----of course you DO NEED admin rights to install programs and services!!!

    My suggestion: Please do a readup in Windows System Services and study the Windows NT-based kernel...

    I'm sorry but--clueless... :(

    it IS a system service, and so therefore it requires admin access to install. the fact that it is a service, which is fully explained, is not a reason to think it is adware/spyware.
