Version: Duplicate Killer for Outlook 3.01
"This program saved me a lot of time and energy."
Pros: The program recognizes duplicates and chooses between two optimized duplicate search algorithms, which helps a lot to find identical data quickly. You can choose to just remove duplicates or merge them using the wizard.
Cons: Sometimes, the process is too long. It should have a simpler process as one of the options. On the other hand, one must be able to merge more selected folder items in a few clicks. Activation process should be improved, too.
Summary: A very useful program. If you are looking for a simple tool to get rid of your duplicates in Outlook, this Duplicate Killer thing is right for you. Had no problem with support, though chatted with them only once.. read more

"Real Duplicate Killer with advanced merge and search."
Pros: This product have all advanced options and report with auto search. Manual duplicates resolving. Manual merging of duplicatest. Support from developer is great. Antivirus like behavior for inbox (removes e-mail duplicates automatically.)
Cons: 1 license = 1 user per pc. But try to ask them for a diskount.
Not for beginers. Trial limitation is not much a problem here, if you really understand how it works.Summary: Great advanced duplicate search and merge tool that not intended for beginners. Version: Duplicate Killer for Outlook 3.01
"Of the many options, they weren't the ones I needed."
Pros: AFTER I tweaked the options it did a great job of finding dups across directories.
Cons: It didn't tell me which folders the dups, which could be helpful in determining an orginail. I had some dups where I knew the slightly smaller file was the real one. This program would let me pick the largest as original but not the smallest.
Summary: At first glance it seems to have a million options that can be set and I felt like I was tripping over myself trying to get a test set up. And of the many options it had, I found myself wanting something for a logic argument which was the opposite of... read more

Cons: cant seewhat it actually does i just clik and dont physically see what happens

Pros: Ok, it removes duplicates. (Something that Miccroft should include in Outlook).
Cons: I'm not paying for something that should be included as part of the program.
